If you connected a Meta ad account to FlowScan, that connection is read-only (ads_read only — we can read performance and nothing else) and you can remove it at any time. Two ways, and both work:
When you disconnect through us, we hand the permission back to Meta and erase the stored access token from our database — the credential is cleared, not just marked inactive.
Email [email protected] from the address on file and ask us to delete your data. We do not require a form, an account, or a reason. We action it within one month, as our privacy notice commits.
What is removed:
What survives, and why it is not personal data: aggregated, anonymised benchmark statistics that can no longer be linked back to you or your site. Deleting your record does not retrospectively unpick an average — but nothing in it identifies you.
We may also keep the minimum needed to honour the deletion itself — for example, a suppression entry so we do not email you again. Removing that record entirely would make it impossible to keep the promise not to contact you.
